1. Introduction

Welcome to Advanced Collision & Dent LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, repairs, estimates, and any related communications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

We specialize in:

  • Auto Body Repair

  • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

  • Auto Painting & Refinishing

  • Hail Damage Repair

  • Vehicle Restoration & Related Services

All timelines, repair methods, estimates, and outcomes may vary depending on vehicle condition, insurance involvement, and parts availability.

3. Estimates & Repair Authorization

All repair work requires a signed estimate or approval.

Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during repairs may require revised pricing and/or insurance supplements. By authorizing repairs, you permit Advanced Collision & Dent LLC to:

  • Disassemble the vehicle as required for accurate assessment

  • Order necessary parts and materials

  • Perform repairs using approved techniques and replacement components

We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle or damage outside our control including fire, theft, vandalism, or weather-related incidents.

All PDR workmanship comes with a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in technique (not applicable to new damage or paint condition pre/post repair).

4. Direction to Pay (Insurance Claims)

If insurance coverage applies, you authorize your insurance provider to issue payment directly to Advanced Collision & Dent LLC.
If payment is sent to you, you agree to endorse and forward that payment to us.

You are responsible for:

  • Deductibles

  • Betterment charges (if applicable)

  • Any amount not covered by your insurer

5. Rental / Loaner Vehicle Terms (If Provided)

If a loaner or rental vehicle is provided by Advanced Collision & Dent LLC:

  • You are responsible for the vehicle while it is in your possession

  • You assume financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, flat tires, towing, violations, or accidents regardless of fault

  • No Smoking & No Pets are permitted in rental vehicles

    • Smoking/Pet Cleaning Fee: $450

  • If the vehicle is not returned immediately once repairs are completed, daily rental charges will apply

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition received. Any damages will be billed to the renter.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit

  • Insurance Payments

  • Approved Financing (if available)

7. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

Vehicles left more than 5 days after completion notice may incur daily storage fees.
Vehicles left over 60 days without communication may be classified as abandoned and processed according to Texas law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Advanced Collision & Dent LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic issues

  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle

  • Weather, theft, or vandalism events outside our control

  • Previously repaired or repainted panels affecting repair outcome

9. Website Use

All website content including text, images, and brand assets is owned by Advanced Collision & Dent LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
